These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Project PRINCE AI (“Project PRINCE”, “we”, “us”). By using our websites, apps, or bot-powered services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Highlights: fair use, no harassment or scraping, AI outputs are assistive signals, subscriptions may auto-renew, and liability is capped to the extent permitted by law.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) to use the Services.
  • Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
  • Organizations: the individual accepting these Terms represents they are authorized to bind the organization.

2) License & Access

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or organizational purposes in accordance with these Terms and any plan limits. Except for this license, no rights are granted or implied.

3) Acceptable Use

Do not use the Services to:
  • Harass, dox, threaten, or exploit others; engage in illegal activity
  • Upload malware, attempt to breach security, or probe infrastructure
  • Mislead, impersonate, or generate harmful deception
  • Scrape, bulk-harvest, or circumvent rate limits without written consent
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or use automated tools to extract models or weights
Safety posture:
  • We may throttle, rate-limit, or suspend accounts to protect users and systems
  • We may use automated defenses and abuse signals to keep the platform safe
  • We comply with lawful requests and applicable platform rules

4) Your Content & Feedback

Your Content. You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”). You grant Project PRINCE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and create non-identifying derivatives of User Content solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services you request. We do not sell User Content.

Public Awareness. When you opt in (e.g., “share anonymized”), we may publish redacted patterns or statistics to help protect others.

Feedback. If you send ideas, suggestions, or improvements, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or attribution, to the extent permitted by law.

5) AI Outputs & Safety

Outputs are generated by AI systems and are provided as assistive safety signals. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or reflect probabilistic judgments. You are responsible for how you act on outputs. The Services do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.

No High-Risk Use. Do not use the Services where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or significant physical or environmental harm.

6) Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

  • Paid plans auto-renew each period unless you cancel before renewal. You can cancel in your account or by contacting support.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law; access continues through the end of the billing period.
  • We may change prices or features on notice; changes take effect on your next renewal.
  • California Automatic Renewal Notice: You can cancel at any time; how to cancel is clearly described at the point of signup and in your receipt. We will send renewal reminders as required by California law for free-to-paid or terms-changing renewals.

7) Service Changes; Beta

We may add, remove, or modify features to improve safety and reliability. We may offer pre-release or beta features; those are provided “as is,” may be rate-limited or discontinued, and may not be suitable for production use.

8) Intellectual Property

Project PRINCE names, logos, bot identities, animations, and all related marks are our trademarks or trade dress. The Services, including UI, models, and code, are protected by IP laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. You may not use our marks without prior written permission.

9) Takedowns (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@projectprince.ai with: (1) your contact info; (2) the work claimed; (3) the allegedly infringing material and its location; (4) a statement of good-faith belief; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you’re authorized; and (6) your signature. We may notify the user and, where applicable, accept counter-notices under the DMCA.

10) Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Project PRINCE nor its affiliates will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, we limit liability to the maximum permitted.

12) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Project PRINCE and its affiliates from and against claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content or your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13) Export & Sanctions

You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national/resident of any country or party subject to U.S. sanctions. You will comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws when using the Services.

14) Governing Law; Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law rules, except where local law requires otherwise.

Arbitration & Class Action Waiver (where permitted by law). Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis administered by JAMS or AAA. No class actions or representative proceedings. You may opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@projectprince.ai with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out.” This section does not limit claims eligible for small claims court.

15) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, pose a risk to users or systems, or fail to pay fees. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits, arbitration, indemnity) do survive.

16) Miscellaneous

  • Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms; we’ll post changes here and, if material, provide additional notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
  • Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
  • Entire Agreement. These Terms and referenced policies are the entire agreement regarding the Services.
