DMCA & Report Abuse

1) Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

If you believe content on our services infringes your copyright, send a notice that includes all of the following (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):

• Your full name and contact information (email and, if available, phone).
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• The exact URL(s) of the material you believe is infringing (or precise location in-product).
• A statement of good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is acceptable for email).

Upon receipt of a complete notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it.

3) Counter-Notice (If It’s a Mistake)

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice (17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3)) including:

• Your name, email, and (if available) phone.
• Identification of the material removed and the location before removal (URL).
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your address, or if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
• Your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is acceptable for email).

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they’ve filed an action seeking a court order.

4) Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, and at our discretion, we may disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We also consider the context of fair use, license, and lawful exceptions.

5) Report Abuse / Impersonation

To report a scam, impersonation, bot abuse, or any other harmful use of our platform, please use our Report a Scam form or email abuse@projectprince.ai.

6) Good-Faith & 512(f)

We take misuse of the DMCA seriously. Knowingly sending false notices or counter-notices can create liability under §512(f). Please submit accurate, good-faith reports only.
