Delete your account and data
This page explains how to delete your Project PRINCE AI account, exactly what is erased, what is kept and why, and how long anything remains. You can do this yourself. You do not need to ask permission.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app
This is the fastest way and it takes effect immediately.
- Open the Project PRINCE AI app and sign in.
- Go to Identity Center.
- Choose Delete My Entire Account.
- Confirm when asked. Your account and the data listed below are erased.
If you pay for a plan, cancel your subscription first at your account security page so billing stops. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription for you.
Option 2 — Delete only your scan history
If you want to clear your history but keep your account, you can do that instead.
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Identity Center.
- Choose Delete My Scan History.
This erases your scans and guardian conversations. Your account, plan, and Solomon memories stay.
Option 3 — Ask us by email
If you have already uninstalled the app, cannot sign in, or would simply rather we do it, email us and we will delete your account for you.
Email legal@projectprince.ai from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account.”
We may ask you to confirm your identity so that nobody else can delete your account. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account erases all of the following:
- Your account profile, email address, and sign-in credentials
- Your plan and access entitlements
- Your scan history and guardian conversations
- Everything Solomon remembers: your name, the details of your life you saved, your story, comfort words, reminders, and calendar events
- Your trusted circle records and the contact details of anyone you added
- Survey and feedback responses
- Paired devices and pairing sessions
- The link between your account and our payment processor
Deletion is all-or-nothing by design: if any step fails, the account is left intact and reported back rather than partially erased, so you can try again.
What is kept, and why
Billing records
Invoices and payment history held by our payment processor (Stripe) are retained as financial-record and tax law require, and are not removed by account deletion. These records contain the transaction, not your scans or your Solomon memories.
Anonymous contributions you chose to share
If you turned on “Help others” or tapped “Help improve PRINCE” on a result, the sanitized threat record or de-identified example is not tied to your identity and cannot be traced back to you, so it is not part of your account. Those records delete themselves on the timelines below.
How long anything remains
| Data | How long it is kept |
|---|---|
| Your account and everything listed under “what gets deleted” | Erased immediately when you delete your account |
| Raw content you scan (message text, image, full web address) | Not retained at all — used to produce your answer, then discarded |
| Scan signal records (verdict, severity, bare domain, date) | Auto-deletes after 90 days, or immediately if you delete your history |
| De-identified examples you chose to contribute | Auto-deletes after 30 days |
| Billing records at our payment processor | Retained as required by financial-record and tax law |
