Project PRINCE AI

Delete your account and data

This page explains how to delete your Project PRINCE AI account, exactly what is erased, what is kept and why, and how long anything remains. You can do this yourself. You do not need to ask permission.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

This is the fastest way and it takes effect immediately.

  1. Open the Project PRINCE AI app and sign in.
  2. Go to Identity Center.
  3. Choose Delete My Entire Account.
  4. Confirm when asked. Your account and the data listed below are erased.

If you pay for a plan, deleting your account cancels it immediately so it cannot renew. Unused time is not automatically refunded. If other people still belong to a team you own, PRINCE will stop and ask you to arrange a safe handoff first.

Option 2 — Delete only your scan history

If you want to clear your history but keep your account, you can do that instead.

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to Identity Center.
  3. Choose Delete My Scan History.

This erases your scans and guardian conversations. Your account, plan, and Solomon memories stay.

Option 3 — Ask us by email

If you have already uninstalled the app, cannot sign in, or would simply rather we do it, email us and we will delete your account for you.

Email legal@projectprince.ai from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account.”

We may ask you to confirm your identity so that nobody else can delete your account. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account erases all of the following:

Deletion keeps a private progress checkpoint. If a step fails, your sign-in stays available and a retry continues the unfinished work instead of guessing or reporting success too early. Your sign-in is removed only after every required cleanup step succeeds.

What is kept, and why

Billing records

Your active subscription is canceled immediately when deletion begins, with no automatic refund for unused time. Invoices and payment history are retained as financial-record and tax law require. PRINCE removes the account identity from its local transaction records. These records contain the transaction, not your scans or your Solomon memories.

Anonymous contributions you chose to share

If you turned on “Help others” or tapped “Help improve PRINCE” on a result, the sanitized threat record or de-identified example is not tied to your identity and cannot be traced back to you, so it is not part of your account. Those records delete themselves on the timelines below.
