2) Copyright
The visual designs, written content, bot logic frameworks, page layouts, motion language, and other original works are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without written permission.
- You may link to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution.
- Non-commercial, educational references are generally allowed where they comply with fair use.
- Republishing designs, animations, or the “look-and-feel” (trade dress)
- Training datasets derived from our site, bots, or UI
- Commercial use, advertising, or paid endorsements
3) Trademarks
Marks include (without limitation): Project PRINCE AI™; Mama Bot™, Lingua Bot™, Scout Bot™, Judge Bot™, Echo Bot™, Patch Bot™, Shield Bot™, Proto Bot™, Clarity Bot™, Wallah Bot™, Beacon Bot™, Nana Bot™, Solomon™; AskLingua™; and associated logos, names, and taglines. Applications have been filed or are planned/pending with the USPTO. All goodwill arising from use of the marks inures to us.
Using ™ publicly (and consistently) asserts our common-law rights now; we will update to ® once registrations issue.
4) Canonical Roles (for clarity)

- Lingua Bot™ — language clarity & scam explanation
- Scout Bot™ — threat discovery & early warning
- Judge Bot™ — risk triage & evidence assessment
- Echo Bot™ — incident mirroring & signal boost

These role descriptions are part of our copyrighted lore and product system. Do not reuse or represent derivative “bot” roles that cause confusion.
5) Proper Use (Nominative Fair Use)
- You may refer to “Project PRINCE AI” or a bot’s name to describe or compare, provided your use is truthful and not misleading.
- Use the mark only as much as reasonably necessary; do not use our logos or stylization without permission.
- Include an attribution such as: “PROJECT PRINCE AI is a trademark of Michael Prince.”
- Do not imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.
6) Prohibited Uses
- Using our marks or confusingly similar names in product names, company names, domains, social handles, or apps
- Using logos, bot portraits, or animations in ads or promotional materials without written permission
- Copying the distinctive “look-and-feel” (trade dress), UI, motion system, or bot identity system
- Any use that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or origin that does not exist
7) Brand Assets & Permissions
We license brand assets selectively to protect users and prevent confusion. If you have a legitimate need (e.g., press coverage or academic study), email legal@projectprince.ai with details (who you are, what you need, where it appears, timeline).
No scraping. Automated extraction of images, animations, or code (including reverse engineering bot identities) is not permitted.
8) Third-Party Marks
All third-party names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners and used for identification only. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
9) Reporting & Enforcement
If you believe our IP is being infringed, or if you need help assessing a fair use scenario, contact legal@projectprince.ai. We reserve all rights and will take appropriate action against confusion, misuse, or bad-faith copying.
10) Changes
We may update this page. Material updates will be reflected here with a new “Effective” date.
