What we do

Project PRINCE AI builds an ecosystem of AI guardians that protect people from scams, fraud, impersonation, misinformation, and manipulation. A person shares a suspicious message, link, phone call, picture, or video, and a guardian examines it in real time and answers in plain language: is it safe, how do we know, and what should you do next. Verdicts are evidence based and explained, never a bare score.

Traditional security software protects devices. PRINCE protects the person. Our guardians watch for the deception itself: the social engineering script, the manufactured urgency, the fake invoice, the romance con, the coercive phone call. The system is built accessibility first, with every verdict spoken aloud as well as shown, in more than 50 languages, so blind, Deaf, elderly, and non-English-speaking users receive equal protection.

PRINCE Scanner for Chrome, published on the Chrome Web Store, with active protection and a passive known scam site guard.

Why we exist

PRINCE began after the founder's mother was defrauded by a scam that commercial security tools rated safe. Americans aged 50 and older report over 3.4 billion dollars in fraud losses each year to the FBI, and reported losses are a fraction of the real total. The people most targeted are the least served by existing tools. We build for them first: older adults, families and caregivers, people with disabilities, non-English speakers, and anyone facing digital deception alone.

Technology

PRINCE runs a multi-agent architecture on Google Cloud: twelve specialized AI guardians analyze each artifact and an orchestrator fuses their findings into one calibrated verdict, anchored by a deterministic evidence layer that no AI opinion can override. The company has filed a provisional patent covering the guardian system and its trust protocol, and trademarks for Project PRINCE AI and the PRINCE Protocol. In July 2026 the company was accepted into AWS Activate and received 5,000 dollars in AWS cloud credits.

Our team

Michael Prince is the founder and lead engineer. He created the PRINCE guardian system, leads product development, and oversees the company's technical and safety work.

Jose Alcantara is cofounder and marketing lead. He leads marketing, outreach, and the work of connecting PRINCE with the people, families, and organizations it was built to serve.
